Great Resort

We stayed with a group of friends for a week - beautiful resort and infinity pool. Breathtaking views from balcony. Food and drinks were good here but we mostly ate out as we toured the Island. Had fun shopping in Phillipsburg. Spent an incredible day at a beach bar on Orient Beach. Awesome day trips spent in Grand Case, Marigot and Simpson Bay too. Loved an afternoon at Sunset Bar & Grill watching the airplanes land and take off at the beach also.

Nice Place to Stay very friendly staff

We had a great time here, the facilities were nice and the staff was super friendly. There are great restaurants within walking distance, a private beach and a nice pool. You can also easily drive to Grand Case and Margot to dine and shop. We met some nice people there thanks to the activities sponsored by the resort. Would definitely stay there again.

Mostly good

One and done is my vote for this resort I chose through my timeshare exchange. Everything was good, but not much was great. The maintenance of the apartment/condo is sub-par. There were insects in the kitchen and bath. No elevators to the 3rd floor so make sure you can negotiate stairs. The "activities" are only meant to attract timeshare buyers - we did not participate. The staff is great and the pool was nice. The beach at this location gets LOTS of seaweed, so if that bothers you, look elsewhere. Maybe it's seasonal?

Great Location on St. Martin

We prefer suites over standard hotel rooms when vacationing due to the full kitchen, balcony and over all room to relax! This resort is full of vacation experiences from Dawn Beach to the Infinity Pool and On site Spa. We started most mornings with fresh French pastries from the convenience store at the bottom of the hill. Everything was not perfect upon arrival however. Both AC units were not working, an electrical outlet popped sparks when we tried to use a phone charger, and one of the closet doors was off the tracks. A call to the front desk quickly resulted in a visit from the Maintenance Department and all was corrected. Your stay will require some cash because nearby like Mr. Busby's and the convenience store did not accept credit cards but most island restaurants and attractions do. Great value, a true water front location and friendly staff. We'll be back!

Excellent location and food, but small beach

This resort is good if you just want to relax on the beach, as there are not a lot of activities or things to do nearby. The resort does offer a tour of the island but it was only on one day, Sunday. We arrived late Saturday, so getting up early Sunday to do the tour was not a good option for us. Would have been better if they offered the tour on at least one additional day during the week. Would recommend getting a rental car if you want to go off the resort. The food at both Beau Beau's and Busby's (restaurant nearby) was excellent! We were at the resort for 1 week and ate at both places twice. Regarding the beach, they provided chairs and umbrellas which is very nice and never had an issue getting chairs, seemed to always be enough for everyone, but the ocean had a LOT of seaweed, so didn;t swim much. Also, they didn;t clean the seaweed off the beach daily, so there was a constant strip/pile of seaweed on the beach. We went in April so perhaps it's just bad that time of year. Overall, would stay there again as the room was clean with great view of the marina.
