The former chef and owners of the "Old Captain" moved to a new location in Philipsburg that quickly became a very well known place under the new name of "Chippie's Cafe". Lots of regulars from all walks of life. Chippie is not a fancy nor chic restaurant, but it's definitely a place to go for Sushi, huge pieces at very reasonable prices! And if they don't have what you want, they get it for you.
